Life-Style<\/strong> Oriented; Caught rather than taught.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philippians 4:9<\/strong>, \u201cThe things<\/strong> which you learned<\/strong> and received<\/strong> and heard<\/strong> and saw<\/strong> in me<\/strong>, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John 1:39,<\/strong> \u201cHe said to them, \u201cCome and see.\u201d They came and saw where He was staying,<\/strong> and remained with Him that day (now it was about the tenth hour).\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew 11:29<\/strong>, \u201cTake My yoke upon you and learn from Me, <\/strong>for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Subject<\/strong>–Oriented; Skills are Taught.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Luke 6:40<\/strong>, \u201cA disciple is not above his teacher<\/strong>, but everyone who is perfectly trained<\/strong> will be like his teacher<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2 Timothy 3:24<\/strong>, \u201cBut you must continue in the things which you have learned<\/strong> and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned<\/strong> them,\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Proverbs 22:6<\/strong>, \u201cTrain up<\/strong> a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Conduct<\/strong>–Oriented; Rules of Engagement. Principles are Taught.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Proverbs 4:13<\/strong>, \u201cTake firm hold of instruction<\/strong>, do not let go; Keep her, for she is your life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2 Timothy 3:16<\/strong>, \u201cAll Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction<\/strong> in<\/strong> righteousness<\/strong>,\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Hebrews 6:1<\/strong>, \u201cTherefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles<\/strong> of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
